Sleep Consulting Testimonials
from formerly tired parents like youJoin the thousands of families who have been taking cara their babies and getting a little more z’s in their overnights in just a few days.
My wife and I needed help with our 20 month old boy. He was going to sleep way too late and waking up way too late in the morning. After looking for many months online and asking family and friends everyone had different suggestions. None of them actually worked. Then one day looking for help I found Tiny Transitions Sleep Consulting. One of the reasons why liked the company was I saw that there was a chance for a free call to talk and discuss our problem. We did that with Kiley. She explained to us that she could definitely move his internal clock back to where it needs to be and fix the problem. Now it was time to discuss with my wife if we had the money it costs for the consulting. We felt like we had done as much as we could do for our little boy our own and none if it worked. We came to the conclusion that we needed to spend the money to help our family. We loved how Kiley made us feel as parents. So we said we will do this but only with Kiley. So we chose to move forward. Kiley was amazing. From the very beginning she spoke to us in very clear understanding instruction. She gave us a plan of action and asked us to trust her. We did trust her. Kiley broke down wake up. nap. and sleep times. Each day moving them slowly for best results. It worked. It took a little time but it worked. We are over the moon with the changes she guided us with. He is now sleeping at a normal time of night. Waking at a normal time in morning and napping at a normal time as well. So if you’re wondering was it worth all that money. Let me explain yes it is and I will tell you why. As I am writing this review tonight. I am looking at the monitor next to me and I see my little boy sleeping in his crib peacefully at a normal time of the night. For our family that is priceless. I can’t thank Kiley and Tiny Transitions enough. I very highly recommend Kiley and Tiny Transitions for all your sleep needs.
I can’t express how helpful Erin Forish of Tiny Transitions has been! We started working with her one full year before our son was born because as a first time mom, I had no idea of what to expect with a newborn, let alone how to teach him to sleep. She made us feel comfortable and informed right away!
Erin has been with us whenever we needed her and at one point, we decided to commit to a 3 week intensive coaching program with her. We had regular check-ins where she cheered my husband and I on, when we had even small wins. A lot of people think sleep training is this cruel process but Erin knew what my limitations and personal values were going in, and she respected that. She never moved too quickly and she always made sure I was comfortable with the plan before we got off the phone. I also really appreciated using the sleep tracker spreadsheet that her and I shared so that she could keep tabs on our progress and I could also see how far we had come after our 3 weeks together!
I have recommended Tiny Transitions to everyone I know and I can also say that I have used their services and know the benefit of the 1:1 coaching and personal touch that Erin provides. The live feedback that you get, along with the encouragement and knowledge, made our sleep training for our son virtually painless and incredibly effective!”
Kiley worked with us for a few weeks to streamline the routine even further. Our daughter is happier, we are happier, and everyone is rested! Kiley was very responsive and consistent in her messaging and recommendations. If you’re on the fence, sign up! You won’t regret it.
One of the best decisions I made was reaching out to Courtney. My 3 year old would not sleep through the night. Nothing worked. I met with Courtney and she offered loads of insight and tips and tricks. It was 1-2 nights in using the ideas from Courtney and my daughter slept 8 pm all the way through to 7:30 am. No interruptions in the night. I was beyond glad and grateful, to say the least. She is a breath of fresh air to speak to, and very down to earth. I instantly felt at ease talking with her. What are you waiting for? Set up a call and you won’t regret it!
“I was looking for newborn sleep regression solutions and found Tiny Transitions. Best.Decision.Ever. to book a consultation with them. As a new, first time mom, I was stuck and going down the Facebook rabbit hole. I spoke with Erin Forish, and we worked together for several weeks. She gave me the confidence, support and guidance I needed and was just a perfect newborn sleep coach. Thank you! It’s lovely to head to bed each night knowing as she grows I will hear not a peep from the nursery unless she needs me.”
Courtney is incredible at what she does and is such a wealth of knowledge on all things sleep and children and beyond!! We hired Courtney to sleep train our 4 month old son (who HATED sleep) and to break his co-sleeping habits and she did just that! She came to our home the first night to support us through the process and show us the ropes and she followed up with calls and messages often to check in on him. We had lots come up with sickness, food allergies, teething, etc and she always helped us problem solve and get his sleeping back on track. She also gave us lots of tips and tricks for our 3 year old that have been amazing and well received by her! If you are looking for SLEEP, courtney will absolutely get your baby sleeping, even when you think it’s impossible! We are forever grateful for Courtney!
Our family was in need of a change so everyone could get quality sleep. With Kiley’s guidance, we were able to go from exclusively bed sharing with our 9 month old daughter to her sleeping in her crib for naps and overnight! The biggest relief was for my wife since our daughter was nursing all night, but now she wakes to eat one time at night and we even get the occasional no wake up! It’s really amazing how far she’s come as a high touch sensitive baby. That being said, it was really important to us that we transition our daughter as gently as possible. Kiley was amazing at tailoring her approach to fit our family’s needs. Kiley’s support and advice throughout the entire process was invaluable as we navigated a big change. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing help making sense of all the information about infant sleep! My daughter, wife, and I are all better rested, happy, and still have a strong bond in just a few weeks of working with Kiley!
We cannot thank Courtney enough for the incredible transformation she brought to our family’s life. We reached out when I was 8 months pregnant with a 16-month-old who would have multiple wakeup’s through the night, couldn’t fall asleep without being held, had inconsistent naps, etc.
From the moment we reached out for help, she was nothing short of amazing.
She took the time to understand our situation, listening attentively to our concerns and goals. With her guidance, we felt empowered to make changes that not only improved our baby’s sleep patterns but also fostered a more peaceful environment for everyone in the household.
She provided a personalized strategy and tailored advice to suit our family’s specific needs. Her expertise was evident in every recommendation she made, from bedtime routines to nap schedules, and her ongoing support was invaluable as we navigated the process.
In just a few days, our son was putting himself to sleep, sleeping soundly through the night and having reliable naps. We’re all waking up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The positive impact on our family’s well-being is immeasurable, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
We wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Tiny Transitions to help give your baby the gift of sleep.
At the end of our time with Kiley our son is a completely different kid when it comes to sleep. He goes down awake every night, putting himself to sleep without any tears and sleeps through the night until we come and get him up in the morning.
He will even look at us and say “night night” when it is getting close to his bedtime or say “crib crib” as soon as we finish reading. He looks forward to going to bed and is sleeping like a champion.
The plan Kiley created for us, along with her support along the way truly taught our son how to sleep independently and although it was took work and being really diligent, it made all the difference for him and in turn has made all the difference for us.
We put him down with ease, and have faith that he will sleep through the night. It’s taken so much anxiety out of our lives and brought back so much of the joy of being a parent that we were missing in our exhaustion.
I wish we had worked with Kiley sooner but am so glad that we decided to take a chance and let someone lead us. I feel like our son now has the sleep skills that he needed and that it will impact him as his sleep needs continue to change with age.
We reached out to Erin in desperation, as our daughter Heaven was struggling to sleep through the night, and so were we. Erin’s approach was a game-changer. She tailored a sleep training program that suited Heaven’s needs and was always there to guide us through each step.
The results were incredible. Within a few weeks, Heaven was sleeping peacefully through the night, and our entire household felt a sense of normalcy return. Erin’s professionalism and compassionate demeanor made a potentially stressful process much more manageable. She was always available to answer our questions and provided us with the support we needed.
Our personal experience with Erin was nothing short of amazing. She not only understood our challenges but also empathized with our situation, making us feel heard and cared for. Thanks to Erin, sleepless nights are now a thing of the past for our family.
We wholeheartedly recommend Erin to any parent facing sleep challenges with their child. Her expertise, kindness, and effective methods have truly made a difference in our lives.
Kiley was a great resource for my wife and I, with her help we were able to go from unwanted co-sleeping to having our 2 year old stay in her bed virtually all night.
Putdowns used to take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour and a half, and now I am happy to say it has been cut down to 5 to 10 minutes.
Joining Tiny Transitions Sleep Steps program was the greatest decision I made as a first time mother! Courtney is full of expert knowledge from her experience and backed up by data. The Sleep Steps program allows you full access to everything you need to know to start off your sleep journey from the beginning of your child’s life, or to jump in at any point that you have struggles. We opted to start the program the first month of our son’s life and will stick with it indefinitely as there is always something popping up that we need to work through. By starting early we were able to sleep coach and implement healthy sleep habits so we never needed to formally sleep train. We now have our 3 month old sleeping through the night on his own for 10-11 hours each evening, thanks to this program and all of Courtney’s advice!
The most valuable aspect of the Sleep Steps program, is the access to sleep specialists to answer your questions and troubleshoot your individual circumstance. To have this feature at such an affordable price point is golden! The app is user friendly, and accessible across devices. There is a combination of videos and documents that are being modified to include the newest research and tailor to all learning styles. Not to mention the community that is being built of members so you can troubleshoot and learn together!
As a family medicine physician I first hand see the struggles families have when bringing home their babies and how this impacts all aspects of their lives. I look forward to now having a resource and team to refer to as I have high confidence in this programs ability to help families learn and adapt to their child’s sleep needs.
Tiny Transitions team and the Sleep Steps program is an invaluable resource. I highly recommend signing up for the Sleep Steps program!

Kiley has helped improve our 3 year old sleep tremendously and we aren’t even done working with her yet for our private sleep coaching.
Our 3 year old just got derailed with sleep, over the course of 1.5 years or so, her sleep habits became terrible. She wasn’t sleeping when we traveled, and at home she wasn’t going to sleep easily, waking multiple times per night and waking up for the day so early. We were so lost and confused on how to fix all of this. We tried dropping her naps to get her to go to bed easier at night but then she’d be barely able to stay awake by 2-4pm each day. We finally realized we had no idea what to do and needed help.
Our daughter was struggling with behavioral issues on top of sleep challenges so after doing a lot of research, I felt Kiley was the perfect fit for us because of his sleep and OT background. I felt we needed the behavioral help too which is precisely what Kiley helped us work on first.
The behaviors are still a work in progress but they’d improved quite a bit and I’ve learned so much from Kiley! As for sleep, we aren’t even done working with Kiley yet and our daughter is now going to bed at night, sleeping through the night almost every single night and she’s waking up when her ok to wake clock turns green at there time we have set it for, it’s a miracle! Words cannot describe how much we needed this help and I cannot thank Kiley enough. Highly recommend Kiley for anyone with a child struggling with behavioral and sleep issues.
Kiley is truly the BEST!! I was really nervous to try the typical sleep training methods that are out there; I needed a more personalized plan for my son to be more comfortable that it would really work. He is a preemie (born at 32 weeks) and needed more soothing from the beginning. However, it got really bad when he turned 5 months old; he was waking up 7-10 times a night for two months straight. We had to hold him and rock him back to sleep almost every time except when we fed him twice a night hoping that he would fall back to sleep. We had anxiety every night when we put him to bed because he would randomly start crying. We couldn’t predict what time because it was different every night. He was then very fussy during the day because of the lack of sleep. It was difficult to have anyone babysit him. Luckily, we had our parents who tried to help out a bit because we as parents were getting more and more exhausted each day trying to balance everything including our jobs.
The plan that Kiley put together worked really well; our son slept through the night the 3rd night (without any night feedings) and has been sleeping through the night ever since. It has been a month so far! He is also taking really good naps through the day and he is a much happier baby!!! His personality is really showing now; he smiles a lot and is more interactive! Everyone who visits us now is so impressed. He is even meeting his physical milestones. His physical therapist is very happy with the progress that he has shown recently. He used to be so fussy and did not like doing tummy time, just wanted to be held around all the time.
I would recommend Kiley to anyone! She was so dedicated and really wanted the best for us!! She was extremely patient, kind, thoughtful, and reliable. She responded at all times! She put up with me through my emotional days when I thought the plan for his naps wasn’t working as fast as I wanted it to (my son went from sleeping 30 mins naps to almost 2-hour naps as soon as I thought the plan wasn’t working!). She felt like a friend and a therapist throughout this process, I couldn’t have asked for a better sleep consultant!! I could write pages in this review. We are just so thankful that Kiley helped us get our lives back! We are so glad we did the sleep training. My son is teething early (3 teeth all at once) and is still managing to sleep through the night. His sleep routine is still consistent!
Kiley is an angel, a life saver, a miracle worker, the list goes on and on. She helped us with both of our daughters (22 months and 3). Our 3 year old was struggling with sleeping in her room and had ended up in our bed for about 5 months. Our younger daughter had been waking up between 4:45-5:15 am for about 2 months.
Between the late nights and no alone time with my 3 year old and then the early mornings, mom was losing her mind and overly tired every day. I knew about sleeping training and coaches but had only thought about it for babies. Finding Kiley literally changed my life.
My 3 year old is now back in her own bed and my younger daughter is waking up around 6:30 am! Kiley took time to listen to our typical routines and learn about each girl. From there she developed individual plans and almost instantly we started to see positive changes in both the sleep patterns but also overall behaviors.
We really couldn’t be more pleased with how caring and thorough Kiley was. She was always checking in and there to answer any situation. I’m so grateful for her help and we’re a happy and less sleep deprived household because of Kiley. She was truly a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend.
We hired Kiley to help with our 2 1/2 year son. She is a great consultant and she even help us with issues on his behavior before we addressed the sleeping issues. Before we were spending hours for him to get to sleep and now he goes to sleep in less than half hour and sleeps all night. We are very happy and grateful to her! 😊
Reagan puts herself to sleep for every nap and bedtime. I hardly rock her anymore! She usually doesn’t cry at all; instead, she’ll coo and babble to herself until she falls asleep. She consistently sleeps from 7:30pm-6:30am and this morning she slept until 7am.
Her nap schedule is 9:30am-11:15am and 3-4:15pm. I actually miss her now when she’s sleeping and I usually have to wake her up so she doesn’t sleep past 3 hrs!!!!!!!!! ????
We even went to the beach for a week and Reagan’s sleep schedule didn’t change hardly at all. Sleep is now zero drama in this house, and my anxiety is almost completely gone!
Thank you again for helping us navigate a very difficult time. We are eternally grateful to you!
“I believe that this is the best investment that I’ve made on my child to date. There is nothing MORE important for a child or for a parent than for your child to have a healthy sleep routine. We constantly worry about the food we feed our children, they care they receive during the day– why not the sleep they receive at night? Having a well-rested child is essential to their mood and to my sanity as a parent. Courtney is SUCH an incredible individual to work with and we’ve been beyond happy to work with her. She listened attentively to all our concerns when sleep training our daughter and responded to any questions we may have. She made a customized plan for our daughter that worked like an absolute charm. I also love that from the time I decided to reach out to a sleep consultant to the time that I was connected with Courtney via the phone was one day. We were able to start sleep training our daughter by that weekend. The turn-around was MIRACULOUS. Which was perfect because I desperately needed a child who slept through the night by the time I reached out to Courtney. I also love that she allowed us to text her during the process (without guilt) to ask any questions we may have and to keep her updated on how it was going. Now my daughter is almost 2 and is an EXPERT sleeper. It has made such a positive impact on our life to have a child that sleeps consistently through the night and takes naps. Many of our friends do not invest in a sleep expert and have struggled through the first few years– is it REALLY worth it? I feel like we’ve been set up for success!”
“I was at the end of my rope worrying about my 4 month old and her sleep and nap troubles. After just a week, my daughter is putting herself to sleep and showing so much progress! Courtney makes herself so available and can answer any question I have or has a solution for any situation. This experience has been wonderful and I recommend Tiny Transitions to anyone who needs the best for your little one!”
“Hire this woman! Courtney was amazing and our 9 month old was sleeping through the night within 48 hours after never sleeping through the night in his life. Her expertise and combination of recommendations about sleep gear, feedings, naps led to very very minimal crying and peaceful 12 hour stretches of sleep with daily naps on schedule. She is also working with us with our 8 year old who has had sleep issues and we noticed drastic improvement in the first week. Worth every penny. Don’t second guess it- just do it and enjoy some sleep.”
“Holy smokes we’re all sleeping! I wasn’t too confident after our initial call with Courtney that we’d be sleeping through the night a few weeks later. But I’m happy to say I was wrong. Courtney was incredibly helpful through the process and we are forever grateful. She was very present, easy to communicate with and helpful. We highly recommend Courtney.”
“Courtney was a life saver. We went from 4-6 nightly wakings to sleeping through the night within a week. It’s amazing how much better you can be at life when well-rested!”
“As full time working parents, NOT getting a full night sleep with a 3.5 yo and 7 mo can place you at odds with your sanity, and add a whole new element of stress on an already stressful situation. My husband and I knew we needed help once we found ourselves with two kids waking up several times at night, to no avail. Enter Courtney, our knightess in shining armor, to save the night. I consider her the closest thing to a human magic wand, with her sensible explanations of not only what was happening, but WHY. Courtney’s open approach to our sleepless situation was incredibly reassuring that we are not in this alone, and so many parents struggle with the same issues. She was always available to take my questions, and listen without judgement. At no point did I ever feel like the goal we were setting out to do was to ‘fix’ our kids, but rather better understand what was going on, and what we, as parents, needed to change to create better habits for them. It is without reservation that I recommend Tiny Transitions to anyone struggling with their little one’s sleep and/or nap schedule.”
“Courtnet was great to work with! Our 13 month old was still waking multiple times per night and would not nap more than 45 minutes at a time. She was always tired, and my husband and I were as well. Courtney helped us de skip a sleep plan and walked us through step-by-step how to gently help our daughter learn to fall asleep on her own. It worked! Within a couple weeks, she was sleeping through the night, and she was taking long naps within a month! She continues with good sleep habits, and we are very grateful to Courtney for her help. If we had not had her help, I think we would still be very sleep deprived!”
“Courtney was great at giving me techniques and advice on how to stop my son from waking up multiple times during the night and early morning wake ups. She was always available to talk even on the weekends and was very quick with responding to emails. Thank you Courtney!”
“The best thing we did for our baby and ourselves. Courtney was so helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and understood every step of the process. I am amazed at how quickly our baby learned to be a great sleeper!”
“Courtney is amazing – she has been very attentive and encouraging through the whole time we worked together. Our daughter started to sleep through the night and drop her 10 and 4 wake up times within the first week of working with Courtney. I am so very thankful that we found Tiny Transitions and the steps put in place to help our daughter be the best sleeper she can be.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Thank you so much!”
“Courtney was an absolute miracle worker! In just a few short days, our daughter learned the new routine and it has been smooth sailing ever since. She is now sleeping 12 hours at night and my husband and I have our life back! We would whole-heartedly recommend Courtney to anyone. She takes the time to learn about your child and your family life in general and really creates a plan that will work within your specific environment. Courtney, you are simply amazing – thank you will never be enough!”
“Courtney was extremely knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way! Very available and responsive when we needed her, a great resource to have.”
“Courtney is amazing. Not only was she extremely responsive, but she also was so helpful in formulating a plan for my 7 month old “early riser” twins. She worked with my husband and I to figure out what our babies sleep requirements were and how to make naps count during the day that make for a successful night sleep. I have recommended her to all of my friends already and I know we will be in touch again down the road as they babies continue to develop and their sleep habits change.”
“Courtney and her team are fantastic to work with. They understand and explain the different stages of sleep children need at various stages in their life. They have helped with both our kids and would highly recommend!”
“I had the pleasure of working with Courtney at Tiny Transitions. At the time I had a 6 month old who would not sleep through the night and was taking short naps throughout the day. I had already done a pretty good job at sleep training my son to fall asleep by himself but it wouldn’t last long. Courtney was able to help me transition him to two naps and sleep through the night. She was very patient with us. We had some bumps in the road including a short trip away from home/ schedule and some medial issues. I would definitely recommend her services; we learned a lot!”
Before we started working with Kiley we were sleeping in our living room and our daughter sleeping in the room next door praying we would not have to hold her to sleep all night long. We would take turns and shifts watching each other sleep while we held her to sleep. Not only were we barely sleeping overnight, but we were holding her 6 to 8 hours a day for naps in a dark room with a sound machine on rocking her. Our baby was overtired and having tummy issues
Once we started with Kiley she advised us to find a pediatrician that would take our concerns more seriously. She made a unique plan for our daughter that aligned with our parenting values and went into great detail about it. After just a couple nights we were already sleeping in our own bed again as a couple and our daughter was sleeping in her own room, in crib, and only waking up once for feeding.
By the end of the 3 weeks our two-and-a-half-month-old is a happier, more rested baby who is even taking two hour naps in her crib sometimes during the day! We are able to enjoy our time with her so much more now and are so grateful to Kiley for all that we learned. It was truly a game changer and we couldn’t be happier!!!
“Sleep training with Courtney is an invaluable investment. We are now more than three months beyond the start and our daughter (now 15 months) has become a resilient sleeper. With a good bedtime routine, she’s been able to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night for an average of 10.5-11 hours per night. We’ve also been able to travel with her sleeping in pack in plays in hotels, cabins, other homes and even a cruise ship. We are so thankful for the assistance provided by Courtney and the predictability and consistency that we’ve experienced.”
“I had such a wonderful experience with Courtney! She helped me see immediate results with my son after he had a sleep regression. He now puts himself to sleep and self soothes in the night. He was also immediately happier after he was getting more sleep. She was easily reachable, full of good ideas and insight and supportive even with small questions. I highly recommend her!! The best investment is a good night sleep for both baby and parents.”
“Highly recommend! Courtney is extraordinarily helpful and is always willing to listen and offer support. She got our 10 week old sleeping through the night and napping independently.”
“Working with Courtney has been a wonderful experience. As first time parents you hear from everyone get ready to no longer sleep. After reaching out to Courtney that statement no longer haunts us. We are all sleeping! Courtney takes such great care and consideration into creating a sleep routine for your little one. As first time parents starting something new especially mixed with no sleep can be overwhelming and stressful. Courtney takes all of that out for you. She listens to your concerns and worries and provides a welcoming, trusted environment filled with encouragement. Reaching out to Courtney has been one of the best decisions we have made not only for our son but for ourselves.”
“I had a fantastic experience with Courtney. She took so much stress away by helping me get my 3.5 yo son to sleep and on a consistent pattern to make my life with two kids easier. I cannot recommend her enough. I’m glad I pulled the trigger on hiring a consultant who really knew how to help me. Thank you Courtney!”
“One of our twins (10 months) was a really poor sleeper, waking every few hours and unable to soothe himself back to sleep. He is our 4th child, and we were baffled by how horribly he slept. After going through the Tiny Transitions program, our baby now has the skills he needs to sleep through the night. When he sleeps, we sleep!! My husband and I are communicating with each other much better, as we are not total zombies. I can’t recommend Tiny Transitions enough!”

“Courtney is awesome. She made simple yet effective changes in our 10 month old son’s routine so that within 1 week he went from waking up 2-3 times a night to sleeping through the night. She is flexible and offers different options to tired parents in order to achieve sleep goals. She is also very available and supportive through these changes. I give her my highest recommendation and wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to her services.”
We are so thankful for the help Tiny Transitions Sleep Consulting provided us. Erin was patient responsive and accommodating to our son’s needs to help better his sleep habits. He is napping 2 hours a day and independently falling asleep on his own at nights! We appreciate all of Erin’s time and efforts. Thanks again, and we would highly recommend this program to every parent!
“Working with Courtney was great! We struggled with sleep for 2 months before deciding to call Tiny Transitions and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Courtney is very positive and helpful no matter what issues we were faced with. Courtney took the time to understand our goals and helped us set the foundation for good sleep. We nearly doubled the amount of sleep we were getting within the first week. Thanks Courtney!”
“If you’re like most parents, and struggling to get your little one to sleep, I highly recommend working with Courtney at Tiny Transitions. I first approached the “sleep training” idea a little skeptical, and quite frankly scared. I had the misconception that the only sleeping training method there was, was “Cry it Out”, and I wasn’t 100% comfortable with that. Courtney took the time to explain to me that, that wasn’t the case for sleep training, and there were a lot of different approaches. She helped me find a method that I was comfortable with, and that was perfect for my family. We started sleep training at 4.5 months, and she was sleeping falling asleep on her own within 3 nights. I’ll never forget the anxiety I had the first night, but she did great. It took somewhere between 30-40 minutes for her to fall sleep on her own, and slept through the entire night. The following night it took about 10-15 minutes, and by the third night she was sleep on her own within minutes. All through the way Tiny Transitions was there to coach me through, and just give me the moral support I needed. I had no idea what a large impact wake times had on a babies good night sleep. Courtney gave me all of the knowledge and tools I needed to set my daughter up for a successful night of sleep. I couldn’t have done it without them. Of all of the decisions I had to make as a first time mom, this was absolutely the best decision I made. My daughter is now 17 months, and falls sleep on her own EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, no matter where we are. She sleeps from 7pm to 6am-ish every night, and always wakes up with a smile on her face. BTW – my daughter took EVERY SINGLE NAP on me for the first 4+ months of her life. No more “nap jail” for me! Seeing is believing so enjoy the video from last night.”
“Courtney was extremely knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way! Very available and responsive when we needed her, a great resource to have.”
“Our 2 year old Clare is the youngest of 4, She was spoiled as a baby and never developed good sleep habits. Courtney did a great job helping us find a way to get her on track. We are happy to say that she now sleeps through the night consistently. Thanks to Courtney Mom and Dad are finally getting good nights sleep as well.”
“The best thing we did for our baby and ourselves was hiring a sleep consultant. Courtney was so helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and understood every step of the process. I am amazed at how quickly our baby learned to be a great sleeper!”

“I wasn’t sure about sleep training my son but after not getting any sleep for 4 months and about to return to work, I knew I had to try something. Thank goodness my husband and I chose Tiny Transitions. Courtney was amazing and guided me every step of the way with sleep training our 4 month old. I had never heard of the pick up put down method but by night #3 our son fell asleep on his own and stayed asleep for 7 hours which at that point was a miracle because he was still getting up every 2 hours or so. Courtney is awesome to work with and understood all of our concerns and if I never needed anything, she was an email or a text away with her guidance. Sleep training was one of the best decisions we made for our family and Courtney was the best resource to have to help us all get much needed sleep!”
“When my son was four months old it was time to get him out of the rock n play at night and my arms for naptime as he was getting too big and needed the space to stretch in his crib. Courtney was great and walked me through each step and within the first week he was sleeping in his crib and by five and a half months sleeping 11.5 hours a night!!! Wow to be able to get a full nights sleep is amazing and every night the baby is so comfy and cozy in his crib. Thanks, Courtney! As a single Mom you gave me the confidence to walk the baby through each step in a caring and loving way so he will now know how to go to sleep and fall back asleep on his own as he grows. An amazing gift!”
“Courtney was a lifesaver! At 4 months old, Teddy woke every 1-2 hours all night long. Teddy, my husband, and I were exhausted, but we couldn’t pinpoint the problem or find a solution, which led to frustration, anxiety, and even less sleep. With Courtney’s help, we determined why Teddy was waking and developed a plan to address his needs. Once we started the plan, we all, most importantly Teddy, slept great. Courtney also helped ease our stress and anxieties throughout the sleep training process by responding to emails at all hours of the day and night, talking on the phone without making us feel rushed, and helping us work through some unexpected issue that came up. And Courtney’s help did not end with sleep training; she had great advice on nursing, reflux, colic etc. My only regret is that I didn’t call Courtney sooner. If you want your child to sleep well at night, and as added bonus get some rest yourself, I definitely recommend Tiny Transitions.”
As a second time mom I knew I wanted to work on sleep training as early as possible. Courtney met me where I was at, helped me to understand my baby’s developmental stage and prepared me for what to expect as he grew and learned. Working with Courtney was so easy from the start, she was readily available, flexible, comforting, and clearly understood how sleep works for infants! She even helped me troubleshoot issues with my toddler so that I could work on a sleep routine for both kids. Highly recommend tiny Transitions to any new or seasoned parent, and Courtney exceeded expectations of a sleep training coach.”
“Courtney at Tiny Transitions is a great resource for a first time mom like me! I was overwhelmed and lost when I came home from the hospital. The only thing I really knew is that my newborn should eat about every 2-3 hours. I was never instructed on any of the rest. I contacted Courtney when my daughter was 4 weeks old and I am so happy that I did. Courtney gave me valuable information to make our daughter a great little sleeper now and through the years. It has saved me from establishing bad habits with my daughter that would be hard to break later on. I also am thankful for the much needed rest my husband and I are now getting because of those successful tools given to us by Courtney. I would highly recommend Courtney for anyone with a newborn so you can lay the ground work now for a great sleeper for their entire lifetime!”
“Miracles do happen! With the help from tiny transitions I’ve been able to enjoy a full nights rest again!! 5+ stars!”
“My wife and I were suffering through our 11th month of no sleep when I broke down and searched for a sleep consultant. Of all the profiles, Courtney’s jumped out at me. We talked on the phone and before we knew it we were having our first consultation and executed on a plan to take our daughter, who for the first 11 months of her life had slept thru the night 4 times. She typically gets up 1-3 times a night with no level of consistency. After the first week following Courtney’s strategy, our daughter slept thru the night every night. She has not had an issue since. She is napping on a schedule and adjusts when her schedule changes. She is also sleeping thru the night with no issue. It is a life saving item for my wife and I. Courtney is amazing and so positive it can’t help but get one excited to give their child better sleep.”
When our baby was born we started with another popular sleep training/ scheduling program…it served us well for that time but there were many practices and parts of it we didn’t like or didn’t fit for us. When the 4 month sleep regression came we knew we needed to make a change. When we came to TT we were skeptical and worried it wouldn’t be a good fit for us from our prior experience. Kiley was amazing…so knowledgeable, caring, passionate, and attentive. She listened to our concerns, strengths and needs, and made a plan tailored individually to both us and our baby. Within 2 nights our baby went from 1feeding a night and MANY binky assists…to no feedings and putting himself back asleep and sleeping the entire night! A week later after starting sleep we started naps. He refused to nap at my parents house when he was there every day while I was at work. He went from refusing to take longer than a 20 minute nap to taking 1.5-2 hour naps at a time. And best of all NO BINKY AT ALL ANY MORE at ANY point of the day ….all of this within about 9 days. If you have doubts and reservations, I can promise you we did too, and they were all pretty much gone after the first night. I’d recommend TT and our consultant Kiley to literally anyone. Worth every penny, maybe the best investment we’ve made as parents so far! Thank you Kiley for your knowledge and support and SLEEP!
“Courtney has helped me with my 2 children over the last couple years. Both very different babies. She is amazing! She not only helps get your child to sleep, she educates you about baby sleep needs at each stage in their development; setting you and your family up for the future as your child grows.”
“I can’t say enough good things about Courtney Zentz and Tiny Transitions. As a new mother, I was feeling pretty anxious imagining a world with endless sleepless nights. After working with Courtney, I not only felt calmer, but looked at nighttime sleep and daytime naps in a whole new way – it was like an ah-ha moment. Tiny Transitions empowered me to help my baby learn the skill of sleeping by providing the tools and framework needed to do just that. My baby is a fantastic sleeper and I’m a better mom because of it!”

“Courtney has been such a wonderful resource for our family. From the first time we spoke to her when our daughter was 4 months old to now that our daughter is over 2, Courtney has been a life saver for us on multiple occasions, helping to navigate the many transitions along the way. Can’t recommend her highly enough!”
“We had such a great experience with Courtney! Our daughter was 2.5 when we started working with Courtney. For just over 2 years our daughter had been a great sleeper, after some sleep training as an infant, and then things tanked hard and fast! We struggled for months trying to get our sleep back on track with no success. We were dealing with fighting bedtime, fighting nap time, multiple night wakings, early morning wakings, etc. Courtney took the time to listen to us and understand our situation before coming up with our sleep plan. Her company is appropriately named – Tiny Transitions – because that’s exactly what our plan was! She laid out the small, incremental steps we needed to take with our daughter to get her sleeping consistently and independently once again. And, maybe even of more value, she helped us to identify when things started to “creep” and bedtime began to pick-up some old, bad habits. She equipped us with the strategies and techniques we needed to keep things on track going forward, because as we all know, toddlers love to test boundaries! Our progress was not rapid, but it was steady, and Courtney was there with us. Her support and encouragement were just what we needed. The text support was fantastic, and she regularly followed up with emails and calls. Everyone in our home is sleeping consistently again – thank you, Courtney!”
“Courtney is a very nice person to work with. When my baby was 4 months old, he used to wake up every 3 hours day and night. I was so desperate and lacking sleep. I looked around and I found Courtney. After having a consultation in March with her, I decided to hire her service. Courtney assured me that she’ll be there with me all throughout the process and yes! She’s there all the way for me regardless of the time! I text her a lot and she responded very quickly. She’s very professional and cares a lot! I cannot thank you enough Courtney for helping me with Elijah. Now he sleeps very well! I’m getting so much sleep now PLUS my husband and I can now go out at night time.”
“I am so happy my husband and I made this call to a sleep consultant. Our daughter (now 17 months) was struggling with sleep, and her temperament (hence also ours) was altered everyday. She was exhausted, overtired, and so were we. We were constantly adjusting the plan in hopes of getting some sleep whether it be on the couch, our bed, rocking chair, Ferber method, you name it. Going to bed became a point of stress instead of relief. Finally, I found Courtney online during a 2 AM wake up, and called her the next day. She got back to us so quickly, reassured us things would get better, provided us with options and worked with us during the transition phase. Within two weeks, our daughter was sleeping through the night. In later weeks she helped us to better understand ways to juggle a social calendar that changes routine, and ways to keep her sleeping. It’s been amazing, I am so thankful to her for all the joy (and sleep) she has brought back into our household. Thanks Courtney!”
“Amazing how Courtney turned my son into a sleeping giant! His sleeping habits were terrible and primarily it was because I had no idea what his habits should be being a single parent. He seemed to always be teething or in a sleep regression. THANK YOU for allowing my son and I to get well needed sleep when it’s SUPPOSED to happen! You gave us the Gift of Sleep”
“Courtney was such a lifesaver! Our little one had a few rough weeks that would likely have lasted so much longer if it weren’t for Courtney’s sleep consulting! We now have a very happy, healthy and sound sleeper!”
“Courtney is amazing. We have twins and she put together a plan before we started sleep training. This was a personalized multi step /mullti phase plan. We followed it and she advised us along the way. Our twins now sleep through the night. Our plan didn’t just have night time sleep, but also included naps. She is the best Sleep Consultant and will work with you and your situation. Thank you Courtney!”
“I was convinced I had a second baby that “just didn’t like to sleep”, “missed me too much”, and was “starving”, so I kept making excuses as to why he was getting up all night long. Courtney formulated a plan that guided us toward teaching our son to sleep in three days with very little crying. With him sleeping 12 hours straight now, our entire family is happier. Courtney was kind, accessible, and developed a plan that worked within our comfort zone. The only thing we wish now is that we had done this sooner!”
“Courtney was great to work with. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and calmed my anxieties! We started working with her when our son was a little over 6 mo old and was only taking 30 min naps. She helped us understand and adjust his sleep patterns so now he’s not only sleeping well at night but taking nice long naps during the day. If we have any future issues We will definitely be reaching out. Total life saver!”
“I called Courtney because my 4 month old son was going through a sleep regression. He was waking every 1-2 hours and did not know how to fall asleep without A LOT of help. I reached out to my mommy friends for help and luckily someone recommended Courtney. Courtney spent time talking to me and getting to know my situation. She set up a detailed plan to follow and supported us through every step of the process. Within a week, my son was sleeping so much better. He now naps/ sleeps better than ever, falls asleep on his own, and has eliminated all night feedings. We are all so much happier because we are sleeping.”
“I cannot say enough good things about Courtney. When I called her, my son was 3.5 months old, exclusively breastfed and had woken up 13 times the previous night. I had been spending my days in nap jail and was in a constant state of sleep deprivation. I was beside myself! I started working with Courtney the following weekend and we saw results within just a few days. She is very hands on and is always available to answer questions. She was so reassuring when I had doubts about my son being able to fall asleep independently and really supported me through the whole process. Almost 2 months later, my son falls asleep independently for every nap and bedtime. I now spend my evenings having dinner with my husband or doing something for myself, get a good night’s rest and wake up to my happy, well-rested baby!! Such a beautiful thing! Overall, for a Sleep Consultant, I HIGHLY recommend!”
“Honestly, my husband & I contacted Courtney as soon as we brought our newborn twins home from the hospital. She assured us, that she would be happy to help us set up a regiment for our babies. She continually pepped talked us through the rough early weeks and months. We just reached the three month mark (we survived) and Courtney stepped in with her unbelievable sleep plan, we are finally getting some sleep!! It truly is amazing how much her plan works. BOTH of our babies are sleeping through the night!!! It’s honestly life changing! My husband and I thought we would never sleep again, we feel like new people now that we are ALL finally getting the sleep we need! We can’t thank Courtney enough for her professionalism and expertise!”
Thank you Courtney!!!!”
“We love Courtney and Tiny Transitions Sleep Consulting. Our 9 month old baby was in a sleep regression and stopped sleeping through the night. The Ferber sleep training didn’t work for us and we didn’t want to cry it out. Courtney listened, understand and created a program that allowed our little girl to learn to settle and within a week, she was like a new child. I know there are a lot of baby sleep coaches on the market, but stop looking and call Courtney, we are forever grateful.”
“We were referred to Tiny Transitions Sleep Consulting when our daughter, Madelyn, was only a few weeks old and contacting Courtney was the best decision we ever made! Our daughter had her days and nights mixed up and would sleep most of the day and be up from 9pm-2am every night. Courtney gave us the tools we needed to identify Maddie’s natural sleep cues, which in turn led to more consistent naps, an earlier bedtime and happier parents. Most importantly, we were able to teach Maddie the crucial skill of soothing herself to sleep. Courtney is absolutely fantastic and we can’t thank her enough for everything she has done to support us She gave us the gift of sleep and ability to be confident in our parenting!”
“Courtney has been such an asset over the past few years when it came to providing guidance for getting our two kids to sleep better. We’ve been lucky – our kids are both great sleepers by nature – but our efforts as parents certainly helped to nurture their innate abilities. We put a plan in place and created a schedule that worked to meet our individual children’s needs, and we stuck to it! Every. Single. Day. Sometimes it feels a little bit like groundhog day but we took comfort in the fact that we knew our children were getting the sleep they needed to support healthy growth and development. Courtney helped us through nighttime waking issues (cased by colds, teething, growth spurts, and sleep regressions), counseled us through the dreaded “nap strike”, and helped us to stay on track, always reminding us that when children sleep well, it has as much to do with the parents as it does the child (and maybe more!). Courtney is an asset to any family who values sleep and is looking for guidance on how to create (and stick to) a schedule that will create great sleep habits and reduce or eliminate sleepless nights for children and their parents.”
