Our comprehensive assessment takes into account multiple factors that can influence your sleeping habits, such as where and how you fall asleep, nutrition, exercise, and daily stress levels. Based on your individual needs, we’ll help develop specific strategies to improve your sleep so you can wake up feeling refreshed and energized.

90-Minute Video Consultation

During your private consultation, we’ll discuss your current sleep situation and ways it can be improved. We’ll provide you with a plan and weekly action steps to ensure that you understand the changes we’re making and how to form new habits to get the restful night’s sleep you deserve!

Follow - Up Accountability & Coaching

As your personal sleep coach and guide, I’ll help you make gradual, incremental changes to improve your sleep. We’ll follow up through two scheduled calls, to track your progress, celebrate successes and provide feedback to help you mitigate your sleep challenges.

All Tiny Transitions Adult Sleep Coaches are Graduates of the Spencer Institute Certified Sleep Science program. They are accredited by The Certification and Accreditation Board of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). 

Certified Sleep Science coaches have advanced knowledge and training in sleep science, which includes the study of sleep physiology, sleep disorders, and the impact of sleep on physical and mental health.
