  • 60-Minute Private Sleep Consultation with a Certified Sleep Coach on the Tiny Transitions team.
  • Navigating a Newborn – A comprehensive newborn sleep foundations plan to support you in the overwhelm of a newborn, covering all areas of intake, sleep, and managing days & overnights with balance.
  • Nursery Assessment – It’s easy to overlook things that might be dangerous, especially as new parents. Share a video of your nursery or bedroom setup with your Certified Sleep Consultant, who reviews the environment and ensures it’s conducive to great sleep.
  • 1 Follow-Up Private Coaching Call – You can schedule private time with us during your first 12 weeks to review and discuss further questions around nap timing, intake, bedtime, or overnight sleep so everyone gets the rest they need to be their best.
