- If you want a wake up between 6 & 7 am – you start with nap #1, happening always at 10 am.
- The nap should not last longer than 2 hours.

- This waking should always be at 4:00 pm when they wake and eat.
- Bedtime would be at 7:00 pm – down for the night.
