I believe wholeheartedly that sleep is the foundation for which a happy home is built. So let’s sleep together. Hey, everyone, welcome to this week’s episode of the Kids sleep show. I am joined here by Meg Dom, the Director of Product Marketing at crane, I’m going to give her the opportunity to introduce herself and talk a little bit more about crane. But I’m so excited for this episode. We were just chatting before we jumped on here about the fact I still have my crane humidifier from 10 years ago. So for product recommendation, it’s a great product. But let me turn it over to Megan allow her to introduce herself and welcome to the show.

Thank you so much. i Yes, I’m Meg. I’m the Director of Marketing here at crane and crane baby that which we’ll talk about a little bit more. So I have been here for about two years. And prior to that, I spent most of my career in the advertising agency world. So you know, when I’m not working on all things, baby, I’m in the trenches at home with my five and two year olds. So it’s been a lot of fun and definitely a brand that hits very close to home and something I feel passionate about and really kind of have that advantage of being at home and understanding what works, what doesn’t work. And then obviously have our my trusty lifeline, which is my mom friend group of you know that we text about things all the time. So yeah, so crane, if you don’t know is a air quality company. They started in 2005. So really taken on the market of humidifiers, air purifiers, sinus inhalers, and really humidifiers are the bread and butter of crane. There’s a ton of different functionality, different styles. And definitely something that’s recommended by pediatricians and to be a staple on a baby registry if you don’t have it on there right now. And also the nurseries. So it’s something you know, that can be used when medicine can’t help when they’re that young. So really leaning into the importance of the air quality of the nursery for baby and even toddlers and even the home. So we have the humidity side, that super beneficial, especially if there’s stuffy noses or coughs and then also the air purification sides. So definitely two products that are necessary for just the overall wellness of the home, whether it be in the living space or in the toddler or baby areas. And then two years ago, just we launched crane baby so just before I started with green baby. So crane baby is a soft textile and nursery decor company. So we have everything from crib sheets to blankets, bottles to wall decor, wallpaper rugs, and really just kind of serves as a go to place for designing the nursery. All of the products are out of India. So high quality, breathable fabrics. Definitely something that you can wash and soften over time. And it’s all designed to kind of work together. And basically everything is designed within a collection and specific theme or color scheme. So the beautiful thing about the crane baby items is that while they serve for the earlier stages in life, I’m using a lot of the stuff in my five year olds bedroom because it really just kind of expands from that newborn phase all the way to the toddler phase. I would say the aesthetic of everything is very like muted, soft tones. Boho is really just an extension of the home and oftentimes I feel that you know the nursery especially maybe with the first baby, it tends to be the best room in the house. So we’re definitely here to kind of help take that guesswork out of designing the nursery. So that was the last to go for me. Yeah.

Because I am not a designer. Yes we can. I had a nervous breakdown at Sherwin Williams trying to pick the paint color for bathroom like, Is this too dark? Is this too late? And we’re trying to make it more of a kind of muted nougat phone, you know, around the house. But I think there’s so much that goes into that first kid right and going to the store and registering and I feel like parents are at somewhat of a disadvantage today compared to like, even five years ago when the big box retailers just for baby were around. Now I know byebye baby is making kind of a comeback, but in very few cities right now. Where do you go to feel to look to touch a humidifier to inspect what it looks like to pick the box up? And you know, so crane, we were joking. Like I have the elephant from 10 years ago when my son was born. But you think about like curating what you want in a baby space, your nursery is always the best because you’re so excited to have a baby and now we want it to look aesthetic but you also want to pay attention to safe sleep and to tone it to color and to temperatures that house hotter or colder in that part of the house. And you know, how do you service the needs of a baby and making sure they’re comfortable to sleep? Well, right? It’s that mark and a variety of ways right? Muted collections and colors. Awesome. Not hot pink, my daughter’s room she seven hot pink Barbie we’re in. Right now we got sparkles everywhere. But when the lights go off, it’s pitch black, because we’ve set up the environment conducive to sleep, right. Which brings me to a point humidifiers are what crane, or at least from my perspective was the most well known for we also do have one of the Purifiers in the living room. Downstairs. But it’s because we’ve got seven and nine year olds running around constantly. This, let’s just clean out where we can hear. But let’s talk about the humidifier. Right? So you’ve got this traditional product that every parent has to have on their registry, no matter what. Because if you do no as you had mentioned, newborns can’t take medication. But they could also be a little sniffly. Right winter air is cold and dry. Your toddler could wake up and and then Mommy, can you lay with me for 17 hours to go back to bed right. And parents don’t want to get into that. But they also want their kid getting good quality restorative sleep. So talk a bit about the humidifier, right? Because I know you have cool mist humidifiers. I’ve seen like different types of humidifiers. You see like some that lasts all night, some that lasts an hour some that can have this and they can’t have this. So let’s talk humidifiers first.

Sure, absolutely. Yeah, so there’s a number of humidifiers that we have, within our portfolio. We only recommend columnist for kids and babies, obviously, because we don’t want them to be touching any sort of warm or hot water. So definitely recommend the cool mist for the younger ages. And we have a number of different styles from a design perspective, but also functionality. So because we’ve been in the space for so long, it’s helped us adapt a lot of our units to based on consumer, you know, reviews or consumer feedback. So I would say our drop is the most iconic, we have it in a number of varying colors. But then we also have what we call internally are dropped 2.0. So there’s a couple little bit more bells and whistles that are suitable for either nursery or a kid’s a kid’s room. So it’s designed to come apart so it’s easier to clean. There is a sound machine component there is a nightlight component, and it’s a tarp fell, which you don’t necessarily think is that important. But having gone to a tarp fell, it’s just so much easier to fall to take it to the to the sink or bring the pitcher over or however you want to fill it even down to being able to pull the plug out of the back of the unit and you’re not dragging a plug around, you know the house with you. So there’s just a number of things that have been tooled and advanced our units. There’s a number of units that are, you know, a gallon sized tank, so they run for up to 24 hours, it depends on the speed at which you’re or the output I should say there’s low, medium or high. And then we also recently I would say a year ago, you know storage can also be another issue as it pertains to humidifiers. So you know when it’s not, you know, high season of, you know, colds or dry air. Where do you put it so actually, we just came out with an A collapsible humidifier. So the tank is almost like a silicone and it opens and shuts and it compacts down to about half of its size. So like I said there’s a number of different designs functionalities that we offer based on the needs of the family and you know what’s needed so we have the smaller ones We also have ones that are, like you mentioned, the elephant we have, that’s our adorable lions, we have a number of different animals if kids prefer having, you know, something playful and fun in their room, and then those typically are a gallon. So they’ll run about, you know, 24 hours. And then we also have what we’re calling our mini adorable. So there’s four different animals that are half that size. So again, catering to operation time of like, like up to 15 hours. So like, an overnight and then again, something smaller, that’s easier to store. So I think we have the we have an owl a fox, a unicorn, and I’m forgetting the last one. Oh, Fox unicorn. elephant. Elephants. Yep.

We go buy the elephant here for everything. Yes. Yeah. When in doubt, pick the elephant. Well, that’s great. And, you know, I think to your point, they do run wonderfully, and the new parent, one of the mistakes, I wouldn’t even call it a mistake, just one of the things I did, because I didn’t know, was I cranked that bad boy up to high the first night in my son’s room. And I remember walking in in the morning, I was like, Whoa, yeah, yeah. Awesome. It doesn’t need to be on that height. So I think, no base and understanding your environment, and it’s just moisture, right? So it’s okay, you’ll just gauge like, hey, I need this up that much. Because it’s helpful from a loosening of congestion, or just putting some moisture in the air to just, hey, you’ve got a little bit of a cough. So let’s just turn it on and get something going. Right. No, but I very vividly remember walking in like, whoa, what just happened to my eraser? You know? Yeah, it’s pretty, it’s just moisture. So it’s like, you’ve got to kind of gauge your space, how much size how much it’s going to run. And like I said, we’re 10 years in and we use ours all winter. And then we just tuck it back into the closet, make sure we clean it. Well, you know, I think as a new parent, I was a psychopath about cleaning. And you guys make it really easy to keep the devices clean, because bacteria grows its water around it. Right. So I think it’s important for people to understand that you do have to clean them, you have to clean your Stanley Cup and your buyers and all these, you know, there’s Yeah. So

it defeats the purpose if it’s not cleaned on a regular basis, and we recommend cleaning weekly, and it’s just really water and vinegar. So cleaning the tank, and then also the bass and just making sure that that is Yeah, clear of mold and any sort of Yeah, any sort of mold that are built up, that happens. Sometimes the quality of water can contribute to that. So faster than others. So we definitely recommend cleaning once a week and just ensure that it’s clean, clean air that you’re pushing out. Yeah, no. And I have noticed too. With even with the baby monitor I use for my son, it does. Let me know the humidity levels in the room as well. So another reason to, you know, have it in there, whether they’re sick or not having that like I believe it’s like 40 to 60% Humidity levels. It’s just a nice air quality for for the room. You go to our site to we have recommended humidifiers for varying size rooms. You had mentioned that to another reason why we have the very variations and outputs, right. I’ve definitely walked into like, a rain forest ever. rumen was like, Okay, we were we were too high. Yeah,

yeah. Because I think as a new parent, like you’re you’re sitting there with the little thing at the store going booth need that. We that? You know, and I think you’re excited. But you also are always educated on the practicality of like when you’re going to use this right so are we have one of the original cranes, which does not have a nightlight or sound machine, I’ll tell you as someone who vividly would run in in, throw a diaper on the layup but two in the morning so we could change our newborn. And now you know, a seven and nine year old but still fall asleep with a nightlight on right. nightlights are awesome sound machines. Awesome. And a three in one even more awesome, right? So talk a little bit about the newer line. Because that’s a challenge, right? You’ve got toddlers who might be afraid of the dark, you’ve got newborns or infants who still eat overnight or have a diaper soiled overnight that parents have to go in and intervene. And you’re fumbling around in the dark trying to figure out where the light is. I mean, I’ve we’ve knocked the lamp over 40 times, you know, I’m sure we said explicit and all the night because you’re like stub your toe and you can’t see anything. So having an option for different settings like talk a little bit about those products. Yeah,

so we just recently launched what we’re calling ourselves sleep support units. So there’s three different products, varying in sizes and functionality. But the new kind of bells and whistles that we have added to our products is this sleep support light technology. So what happens is, is it’s it’s basically like a low like yellow glow, which yellow and red, don’t interfere with the circadian rhythms. So, you know, if you do have a toddler like me, who has her lamp on next to her, what it can do is when you set that sleep support light technology on, it will glow. And then it ultimately will start to dim over the course of two hours, that helps kind of lulled to sleep. But all that said, there is a nightlight function where you can pick a color and that can stay on all night. But the idea here is to have that sleep light, the nightlight component and the humidifier all in one. So it’s kind of to two pieces of the puzzle put together and to serve kind of varying different ages, even, you know, adults who want that low glow. As, as part of their you know, sleep, sleep wellness.

I was gonna say that the product is going to be the slow glow on in the morning at a set time to wake you up naturally out of your deep stage of sleep. Yeah. Oh, yeah. We had a couple of those clocks at one point where my husband, you know, I was laughing? And what is that? I’m like, it is supposed to naturally go off. And yeah, you out of my deep stage of sleep. Now I just go to bed at nine and wake up at five every day. Yeah, seven days a week. But I think it’s helpful helpful, because these products are meant to last right? So, you know, we always got really excited when we hit a developmental leap. And we’re like, yes, we’re done with this, boom, get it out of the house, because we were just so like over it. We’re had two kids, we were done. And the second we hit like a stage we were like thank you hear you. Right. But with something like the humidifier. It grows with you. So I think for parents who are listening to this who are pregnant, get the one that has the nightlight, if you’re going to register because you’re going to need it eventually. Right? You’re either going to you’re going to change a diaper or you’re going to need it because your toddler now five years later when you’re still using this lovely device that have a dim light. So it’s not trying to help parents cuz I don’t think you know, what you don’t know when you go in. Right? Yeah. And I think that it’s helpful just to have a good idea to get products that last right. Nobody wants us to kids are already expensive. We don’t need to spend more on, you know, 85 different things. Which brings me to like, crane, baby, right, new sensor, no X, organic, you’ve got the different types of textiles, like talk a little bit about what made crane want to dive into that space, the breathable, right, we hear that term all the time. And it’s so important. Clean, like quality. Right? Yeah, a little bit about what the mission is with crane baby. Yeah,

so crane baby, really was kind of a byproduct of COVID. And it wasn’t able to be launched because of COVID. But no it it was something that was starting to develop, I think early 2020 And then eventually launched in 2022. So with the connections we’ve had with, you know, American Academy of Pediatrics, and the importance of the humidifiers within the baby space, we became a well known brand within that space, and really started to kind of see the importance of what makes up the nursery. And so luckily, with some of the international business we have, we were able to start looking at some textiles, to go into the nursery, and that kind of ballooned. And really, it kind of goes back to the mission, not mission, but like our our motto is designed, you know, for better living. And so that kind of transpired or transitioned into the the babies are the nursery, I should say. So along with the textiles, there are, you know, a number of other things that kind of help build out a collection. And so when I say collection, really we have, I would say I think we have six collections right now. All have a theme, a color scheme, everything is designed to mix and match and it’s not Mac matching luggage. Like I said before the aesthetic of it is kind of boho, dreamy, you know, honestly to make a serene space for the nursery because let’s be honest, like there’s there’s times that moms and there are dads in there in the middle of the night and you know, it’s nice to be in Calming space. So all of our products are coming out of and you know, similar to the, to the humidifiers, it’s all about quality. So a lot of the are actually everything comes out of India. So all of the textiles are of high quality, typically a muslin, so it’s super breathable, it softens with every wash. And then there’s some old world techniques that are done, where there’s, you know, screen printing. And so without, you know, any sort of toxic dyes, and then there’s just so much detail in the embroidery and the tassels, and there’s just a lot of love that goes into everything. A lot of it is hand stitched, handmade. So, not everything looks exactly like it’s supposed to on the website, because there is, you know, a group of people that are putting their love into it. And then that also carried into decor items. So, and those decor items are something that can, you know, stand the test of time, as far as you know, growing with your baby and to the toddler years. Like I said, I have some stuff for my son. And then I have, you know, stuff for my daughter who’s five, and already kind of looking at some new things that are coming out that I’m like, Oh, she would love this. So it’s really great. And definitely some investment pieces, and carries on with the child. So we cater to a lot of neutral patterns. And then also kind of lean more deeper into the, the blues and the Indigos. And then we have a really beautiful, I would think girly line. That is the blushes and florals and just really whimsical. So yeah, it’s, it’s really exciting. I love all the stuff that we have. Like I said, there’s a number of things from you know, the essentials, such as like a change pad cover, and a swaddle wrap. Or we also have play mats, which are super popular. Really beautiful. They have the the prints on them, they’re double sided, they’re machine washable. So yeah, we have quite a bit in the arsenal as far as the collections go. So yeah, and we are, you know, available on our website. And then also, at bigger retailers. We’re not in store anywhere just yet. But yeah, we were available almost everywhere, for you know, purchase for gifting for adding to the registry as well.

Awesome. I love that because I think to my point earlier, I’m not a decorator and so somebody could come in and give me that like muted look of you know, I’d like things to look high and tight. But I you know, want to have some say in like what I’m doing so I feel like I could curate something that would look like spot on with that. Yes, it’d be good for for baby. You know, I think we talk a lot about like, a conducive sleep environment. Well, what does that mean? I think you’ve got temperature, right. Kids generally like to be between 68 and 70 degrees. A little bit on the cooler side. Yeah. humidity, the air. You talk about darkness, right. ocularly Your nightlight speaks to that? Because your eyes are what trigger circadian rhythm. So if, right or the wrong color, right? Yep. In false they wake or interrupt sleep patterns. Right? At safe sleep. Right? I want to I you know, I often talk about these crisp cold sheets, right, which they are, it’s sometimes pretty muted, you know, but yeah, use the other stuff, because it’s not safe, right. So when you have the opportunity to have just, your kids can asleep on it every night for years and years and years. So when you can have a product that’s quality that’s watching, because they are going to have an explosion, they are going to be cute at some point, right like that. You know, where you have to make sure it’s breathable, but you also have to make sure it’s clean and soft and cozy kids like to know your face on something, right? Yeah, I tell parents all the time. I’m like, if you’re going to invest in anything, invest in a quality mattress, sleeping on it and you want to make sure it’s GREENGUARD certified and like clean right? And you want to make sure everything that goes with it is to like there’s a lot of stuff that I don’t think people realize is used to make a lot of products you know, yeah, one hanging around. So yeah, I think that the awareness now versus like 10 years ago when I had a kid you know, like, Oh, this is cute. And I’m like, Lord, see, ya know? Yeah, but the soft comfort like buying quality pieces that are gonna last are so perfect. You know, especially like your kids going to sleep in there every night you want it to be conducive to you know, I tell people, what is it like when you walk into a spa, right? Doesn’t matter who you ask. The first thing somebody says is they go ah, right like you immediately relax. Now part of that the lavender there diffusing, which you cannot do with. But it’s also the environment, it’s calm, it’s soothing. It’s cool, like you’re creating a feeling. You go in my daughter’s room, and it’s like, we’re at a rave. But she’s been, and, you know, Barbie threw up in there, which is great. Not for a newborn. And also salutely, I see a lot of times people will put these big name things behind the crib. And it’s like this big wooden name, and my daughter’s name is Savelle. Ah, right. And so, you know, you see the picture where it’s like, Savelle. And I’m like you, if that falls off the wall, it’s going to kill your, you know, shot at, you know, safety? If? So, I’ll do that. Yeah, no, put it on the other wall. Yeah, nothing around the environment, you know, you want to create, like, a cozy place that you want to be to, like, I love sitting in the room, I wouldn’t I be in the rocker. And I’d be like holding and read me, it’s been a heck of a lot. The first couple of years, you know, it’s not they just nap and quick and get out of like, it’s a peaceful place that you’re going to spend time in. And so creating that environment that’s conducive to you as a parent, right? Regardless of which parent, you know,

yeah, no, I know that that was important for me. And even in hindsight, you know, there’s a lot that you can’t control, right. And so, being able to control that environment, and just feel at peace, and it was everything, especially, you know, in the middle of the night, or, you know, just snuggling or, you know, reading a book, it was just very peaceful. And so, yes, and you coined it earlier, curated as is key here. And that’s, that’s what we offer. And even down to organizations, storage bins, we do have wearable blankets. So and a lot of our swaddles are just, you know, multifunctional, and one thing that I haven’t hit on it, that kind of goes in with the quality is just the durability of the products, too. So everything is, you know, really created so that it can be used, it washes well, it softens, and, most importantly, is breathable. So, and, yeah, we also have on our website, we pull in just all of the posts that we that people post of our products, and it’s really interesting to just see how everyone creates their own special space with the products that they have. It’s, it’s, it’s really interesting, there is no nursery that looks the same, which is really cool. And just shows kind of the dynamic nature of all the products and what they offer and how things can be mixed and matched,

which I love. So if you are listening to this, and you’re like, I need to see samples, because I, uh, you know what, I’m not aesthetic, where do they go to find that? Like, is it right on the crane baby site, and we’re definitely gonna put all of this in the show notes too. So if you’re listening, you hop out and take a look. But like, Where would they find more about crane and about cream baby? Yeah,

absolutely. So we have a website for both. It’s crane hyphen, usa.com. For the humidifier and air quality products. We do have them some of them available on our crane baby website as well within the wellness tab, so we and then crane baby is crane hyphen, baby.com. And then we’re active on Instagram and the regular social channels as well. And then I’ll say basically what I was speaking to is there is a shop the look inspiration tab on our website so you can kind of see and look through all the different ways that people are creating their nurseries. So it’s really cool to see and see come to life. So yeah, it’s again, it’s just supposed to help take that guesswork out and inspire and help create that safe serene space for you and the baby. Which I

love. Because parenting once they come is super overwhelming, right? So serene space. And just know, you know that I think to your point you had mentioned when we got started and we were just chit chatting a little bit. You have this space, you have a new child that comes home. The reality of the fact you’re raising a tiny human seems to end and then you have a village right and you have a group of friends that text right. I still have a group of friends that I text I have a village through community and through Facebook and all these other social channels that have allowed me to like bring that community gather and so I would say what for you just as a mom with two kids, right speaking to somebody who’s bringing the baby home and they’re really excited and they’re also probably a little bit nervous. Like what piece of advice would you give a new parent having been through it?

Oh my goodness. That’s that’s a loaded question. Um it Help Us offered take it, I’m not someone that is good at asking for help. So if you don’t accept the help, they won’t offer it and you’re going to need the help. So take take help from from the village, I would say number one, and number two is, every baby is different, you know, it’s very easy to compare your experience to maybe someone else’s, or developmental milestones. And even to this day, I have to check myself and say, Listen, like, everyone, just like pregnancy is different for every single person. So as every single child, and when you have multiple children, that second one is going to be nothing like the first one. So as much as you feel like you kind of have it under your belt, like, there’s always going to be something to learn and navigate through along the way. So kind of a mixed bag of advice, but take the help. And just know that every every child is is different and operates at their own speed, and you’ll get the hang of it. And it takes a bit to learn the new baby. But you’ll get it. Yeah,

I know. It’s such a big transition. And I, you know, I didn’t ask for help, either. And my husband went back to work two days later, and I was like, What are we doing? Ya know, and, you know, they say Comparison is the thief of joy. And so, as someone else who’s also been through it, it is hard. And it equally is the most rewarding thing you’ll do on days where I was like, you know, why did we do this an hour later, I’m like, this was the best thing we ever did. And it’s totally normal, right? So I feel like to your point, if you’re listening, give yourself grace, and ask for help where you can or where it’s offered. Pediatricians offices, friends, peers, sometimes just an anonymous Facebook post on Reddit, or whatever any social platform to just vent is helpful, right? Just know you’re not alone, but also reach out for help. And so you know, whether it’s questions about products directly with crane, or whether it’s with sleeper or education and support, which we offer here at Tiny transitions, like there is a village out there that is totally willing to help you. You just have to ask for it. So making sure I feel like people know that because I felt very alone in my journey. I didn’t have a village my you know, I don’t have grandma around or anything she had sadly passed away before grandkids. And so it was a very, like quiet time for us. When I’m like home alone. What are we doing here? You know, so I think it’s helpful to make sure people ask and know that there is a village out there. Absolutely.

And one other thing I will say too, is celebrate the little wins. Celebrate the little victories. And I know sometimes you’re so focused on you know, certain milestones that you need to be hitting, or when are they going to start walking or whatever the case may be, it’s just so important to celebrate some of the day to day wins, or just take a step back and think about where you were last year at this time or a couple months ago and just be excited about that progress and celebrate that progress. So just kind of keeping the positivity. And at all because it can be a little overwhelming at times and

perspective. To your point. We laugh No. And my kids, like I said they’re seven and nine now. But we My favorite memory of them coming home was my first husband diaper explosion. And sitting in there and I was probably pumping or something because he was changing. And I mean it was the first like projectile poop. And it hit him it hit the wall. He he was freaking out because he can barely scoop like cat litter or something, huh. And he was like, like, vomiting in his mouth, like, and I’m like, It’s not calm down. It’s not that bad, you know, but he must have went through an entire package of wipes. And there was just like, poop wipes. And we laugh about it now. And my kids are old enough to laugh about it too, because they think anything with the word poop is funny. Yeah, but it was just one of those moments where you’re like, in the thick of it, and laughing hysterically and we still have to, like what is happening right now. And every time he would wipe like more would come out and he’s my god, like stop. So it was a quite like a funny 15 minutes in such a row of exhaustion and overwhelm. So just, you know, give yourself grace. I think the best feeling I got was from my husband, actually, when I was having a breakdown around eight weeks and like, I can’t do this. I’m not not doing it right. And he’s like, just get a whiteboard. And I’m like, What are you talking about a whiteboard like I’m gonna stab you in the eye with this pencil that’s in my head. Because I didn’t understand what he was saying. And it was probably the best lesson I ever got. And it was literally him saying I can’t help you type a control freak. If you ask me how to help you. I cannot nurse I can’t Don’t be home. I have to be back at work, but how can I help and I didn’t ask for help. And he’s like, just get a whiteboard. I literally went to Amazon got the largest whiteboard possible, just a little bit passive aggressive. Put it on the frigerator. And I was like laundry, kids laundry, US bathroom clean. Mop floor, broom, cut the grass is the garden. What are the flowers? You know, just everything that you kind of do in a week, take out the garbage like, so you don’t have to go, how can I help? How about change the diaper pail bud? There’s no chat there. And it’s something so silly. But in hindsight, I’m like, Darn, I wish I had that. When we first got home because he kept ask for help. But if he did, I’d yell at him. Like, I can’t be You can’t help me. I’m exhausted. And I’m never, you know,

your whole and then thinking about what you need help to then tell you that you know what I mean? Yeah, it’s just like, I don’t have the brain capacity right now to even think about what to ask for it. But yeah,

is there a milk if not a store, you know? Yeah, kind of make this list. And it’s probably the best for 10 bucks, you can get a whiteboard, put it on the fridge and then now do it before you have the baby with permanent marker and you draw the the like lines. Each week, you just quickly erase the dry erase stuff. And you can check off like garbage out poopy diapers cleaned that cue and sanitized washed humidifier check. Right? Yeah, it’s stuff that they can do no matter what without asking. So you know, I always like to provide a little bit of practical advice at the end here because I think it’s helpful, you know, it’s overwhelming. And all these products and services and offerings.
