Carolyn Miller, RN

Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant & Registered Nurse

Boise, ID

Hi, I’m Carolyn Miller, a registered nurse, mom of three, and sleep consultant living in Meridian, Idaho, just outside of Boise.

As a mother to a son and twins, I understand firsthand how essential sleep is for the entire family. When my daughters were born, I quickly realized that keeping them on the same schedule was not just helpful, it was necessary. Prioritizing healthy sleep habits in our home made a noticeable difference. When my children slept well, everyone was happier, more balanced, and better able to enjoy each day.

With over 25 years of nursing experience, primarily in ENT care, I have spent my career supporting the health and well-being of children and families. I am honored to now combine my clinical background with evidence-based sleep science to guide parents through one of the most important and often challenging parts of early childhood.

I have a special passion for working with families of twins, but I support children of all ages and a wide range of sleep situations. My goal is to provide practical and compassionate guidance that empowers families to build healthy sleep habits that last.

Lexi G. - 12 Months Old, Philadelphia, PA

“Before working with Carolyn at Tiny Transitions Sleep Consulting, our whole family was struggling through the days because we were all so sleep-deprived, including our baby. We felt exhausted and unsure of what to do, and we desperately needed some guidance.

After working with Carolyn, we finally feel like we have the tools and confidence to help our baby get the rest he needs while also getting more rest ourselves. Carolyn promptly responded to our questions throughout our month of training. She made us feel comfortable in the process and didn’t judge the bad habits we had created to get us to this point.

The biggest change has been seeing how much happier and more comfortable our baby is with sleep. He no longer fights going to sleep and actually reaches for his crib during both bedtime and nap routines!”
