Sad but true.

Two years into accidentally becoming a business coach again, after repeated requests from my friends in the sleep space to teach them how I was doing what I was doing to be succesful and over 50 positive reviews later from those very coaches, I learned a few things.

First, I had to realize not everyone has the business background that I do, so things that I know and take for granted or presume that other people know, like what a nurture sequence or SEO is….they don’t. Finally, I had to accept people were not always ready to change their mindset or their business. Just like with sleep coaching clients who won’t change their behaviors and prohibit their success, entrepreneurs can get stuck in their ways and limiting beliefs that prohibit their success.
