I’m a fun, ambitious, working mom of four amazing children. My children are fun and spunky with their own individual personalities. We live in the suburbs of St. Louis, Mo and as a family, we enjoy traveling, playing games, and being outside together. If you asked my kids what kind of mom I am, they’d say I am fun and silly and keep them on task.
When I had my first child, I knew right away that sleep was important to ensure our family stayed happy and healthy. I was able to troubleshoot and diagnose his sleep issues to get him sleeping through the night. With each child, I adapted my approach to ensure each child’s sleep issues were resolved and their unique sleep needs were met. While I had success on my own, getting my children to sleep soundly, I know if I had worked with a coach, I would’ve been sleeping through the night even more quickly.
I am enthusiastic problem solver with 10 years of experience leading people through solving their own problems at work. I am excited to bring my unique experience in sleep training my own children and my professional experience of coaching people to help you with your unique needs. As a Certified Pediatric Sleep Specialist based in St. Louis, we will work together in-home or virtually to identify the cause of any sleep disruptions you’re experiencing and work dynamically on solutions to get your whole family sleeping soundly for better health.
Being a Sleep Consultant is near and dear to me, as I too have seen the impact that sleep deprivation can have and while I locally service the St. Louis, MO metro area in-home, I work with clients virtually around the world!

We had an amazing experience with Lauren! She was down to earth, kind and understood what we were experiencing with our 12 week old! She helped us understand the importance of starting good sleep habits early and how to start implementing them. We had success on the FIRST night after talking to her!!! Gave us the confidence we needed going forward. The 2nd night I got my first 8 hour night of sleep since my little one was born and it was amazing!
Lauren was so helpful with guiding us through our sleep issues. She’s very down to earth and doesn’t set you up with unrealistic expectations. She was able to give us a plan – the hard part is deciding to execute that plan and it takes some work – but it is SO worth it. I’m so happy we chose to set up a consult and I’ve been telling all of my mom friends about her !
Lauren was wonderful in guiding us to get our daughter (9 months old when we started, she turned 10 months as the plan was evolving) to sleep. We worked with Lauren for 3 weeks but had to do some continued follow-ups after due to milestones (LO started pulling herself up right as 3 week training was ending). This was by far one of the best things we could’ve done for our mental (and physical) health. We’re all sleeping much better! Lauren never once guided me do something I wasn’t comfortable with nor did she ever make me feel bad if our LO didn’t catch on right away. Every baby is different and Lauren continued to remind me of that and how good of parents we are for helping our daughter sleep.
