I’m a mother of two, lactation counselor, postpartum doula, and a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I am on a mission to change the way the world views sleep and provide accessible sleep coaching resources for all families to build healthy sleep habits from birth, with gentle sleep coaching, rooting in science, and taught with balance.
