Here’s What to Expect

1 . Let’s Connect

We start with a discovery call to learn more about your unique struggles and determine if we are a good fit to provide sleep training support to your family. It also gives us the opportunity to map out our goals and the commitment we make to supporting you on your journey to better sleep.

2. Tell Me About Your Family

After you determine the sleep training program that is best suited for your family, I will share a more in-depth questionnaire, so that we can develop a customized program in alignment with your goals and parenting style.

3. Let’s Personalize Your Consultation

Next, we will schedule a 90-minute sleep consultation, where we dive into the program and educate you to get started with sleep training.

4. On-Going Support

Your 1:1 sleep coaching begins and includes phone, WhatsApp, and email support for 3 weeks.
